WINNING EDUCATION

In my perspective, its not the students though they ought to work hard for them to be competitive on the labor market, the world always look for the best. the system has a lot to do with this challenge because in most cases students are tought to gain knowledge and then after look for jobs but its gradually changing where we see young entrepreneurs emerging!! young people especially students have to change their mind set about employment. @Joseph KASAGA

Students should first put in their minds that facilitators only give them half of what they should have.so in order to reach to their success,,they have to work and seek knowledge on their own.with their own help and with their own resources, ,they should be able to depend on themselves and not the facilitators all the time @Zalyna MUKUNDENTE

.
On dit que la vie de l'homme CE n'est pas son diplome , look the graduate are now used by people who did not even complete primary level . Why? This employers knew what they need early and started business which is also informal education yet graduates do not know these. I believe education or being a graduate does not mean to go at the college and come back with paper no being a graduate means to identify how to fight poverty and any challenge facing u and your community and overcome it . That can be poverty at the top @Hillary HABIB

The barriers are lot but let focus on these two: giving birth to many children while don't have good living. This resulted to many children to never attend the school. @ EMELYNE

The problem lies on the side of some students who join the campus with the view that after graduation, they will only look for government jobs instead of creating their own . This culture of expecting to be employed by the the
government should be stopped first and we as youths are encouraged to do all sort of activities that are likely to generate income for them whether those activities are related to what they did at Campuses or not.
                                                         @ Amitie SABATH
The problems is for the learners, most of us from the younger age we believe that when we grow up we will become ministers, presidents, doctors e.t.c. but none of us believed to become mechanician so we grow having that intention of working in office of government or for private companies and those who already occupied those places has no plan of leaving that until their retirement ages. that's why after ending our studies many of us failed to find jobs The possible solutions for that the youth should learn to be job creators than job seekers which can increase the numbers of jobs in the country.                                                           @Diane MUKAMPAZIMAKA

WINNING EDUCATION.

centuries ago, people used to treasure education very much compared with today.
We all agree that a winning education is that one that is clearly productive after one is done with his/her education. Most of us study and we probably expect a lot of big things after graduation, but unfortunately not everyone achieves those big dreams. Maybe it's because there are a lot of barriers lately to that winning education.

You will find that now days children go to school mostly because they are told to and not because they need something from the education they are going to get and it's so suprising how such students want to become millionaires and big scientist yet they don't take their education so serious. This has been one of the reasons a winning education has not been achieved.yet we need only a winning education to have a better future.

In some countries too, their education system is based on oral work mainly because there are no learning materials to help in practical work. Some don't have text books to refer to and, once a student graduates from such a school with that system he ends being unemployed because he doesn't have the skills required on the job market. But this doesn't give a student the opportunity to sit and be useless. We the youth have to use all the opportunities we have from the latest technology where we can make research and develop our skills. The youth has been misusing the internet other that making great use out of it such as making research and developing their knowledge so that they can create their own jobs and employ their fellow youth.

We have to know (mostly the youth) that education has potential to become one of the most powerful catalysts for development in not only the years ahead but also today.(www.weforum.org)
So beyond getting children into school, efforts must be made to ensure the quality of the education they receive. Teachers and schools need to be given the means to fulfill their mission of giving students the skills and knowledge they need to gain decent jobs or create their own jobs and contribute to their society. The students too have to take their lessons very seriously and not take all the opportunities around them for granted.
Keeping in mind that learning doesn't stop in school. Students also need to gain the capacity to analyse, think critically and be able to solve problems. This is what the youth ought to be and do.
